Let us guide your visa process

Step 1 - Contact us:

Visit our office to discover your options regarding your study destination, course availability, and recommended institutions.

Step 2 - Gather documents

Decide what and where you want to study, we will help you complete the application process. Keep in contact with the institution(s) on your behalf and send you notifications as your application progresses. Documents needed for making an application to study in Canada for Nepalese students are:

  • Passport copy and birth certificate
  • All academic papers including mark sheet and completion certificates
  • English proficiency test such as IELTS/PTE/TOEFL
  • Statement of purpose
  • Reference letters from colleges/employers (if required)
  • Work experience letter (if any)

Step 3- Prepare your documents

After submitting your application to your preferred institution, you get a conditional or unconditional letter of offer. If you have received a conditional letter of offer, then you must meet all conditional before making payment.

Required fund to be shown

To meet the financial criteria set by the Immigration Canada, student must show sufficient fund that covers one year of tuition fees along with living expenses, Health insurance, and travel cost.

Step 4- Payment

After submitting your financial documents and meeting all conditions of the education provider including interviews, you have to go ahead with the payment of tuition fees. You will receive a confirmation of acceptance letter from your education provider confirming they have received your tuition fees.

Step 5: Undertake medical tests

Students need to undergo health examinations as part of the visa application process. The health assessment process can take several weeks to complete. We advise you to undergo a medical examination before you make your visa application. Our career adviser will assist you to confirm your appointment with the appointed panel doctor in Nepal.

Step 6 - Apply for the visa

To lodge your visa application, you will need to provide the documents outlined in the checklist provided you in Step 3. We will lodge your visa application online and notify you of the progress.

Step 7 - Visa outcome

We will notify you as soon as we know the outcome of your visa application so you can come in and collect your grant letter. In most cases, this will be a positive response and it means you can also start planning your travel and accommodation!

Step 8 - Travel Services
