Entry Requirements

Academic requirement:

The academic requirements (including evidence of English language skills) you need will vary depending on the level of course you want to study.

  • Higher education undergraduate courses:

    In general, in order to get direct entry into the bachelor program, you should have minimum of 2.6 GPA from Nepal Education Board/ Grade 5 from A levels and 26-point form IB diploma. Student having lesser then this score will get enrollment through certificate or diploma program. Some private institute may have lesser entry requirement. In addition, some undergraduate courses may also have specific prerequisite subjects and grade requirement.

  • Higher education postgraduate course:

    you must have completed 4 years of bachelor’s degree from Nepalese universities from Nepal. 3 years bachelor’s degree from government university from India are eligible for direct Master degree in Irish education providers.

Visa requirement:

Following documents need to submit while applying for visa application in Ireland:

  • Fully completed and signed online application form
  • Original Passport
  • Two recent photographs
  • Visa fee and service fee
  • Letter of acceptance from education provider
  • Evidence of tuition fee payment
  • Evidence of academic ability of the applicant
  • Evidence that the applicant has a level of English language sufficient to follow their chosen course
  • Proof of sufficient financial to cover tuition fees and living expenses (bank account covering at least € 7000 per year for living expenses)
  • Personal medical travel insurance for total duration of study period.
