Students can open a bank account up to 3 months before arriving in Australia. Students can transfer money in the account for organizing accommodation and university fee but the money can’t be withdrawn until the students visit the branch of bank to get an ID check. Show your passport and proof of Australian address. Once ID is verified, students will have access to secure online banking and debit master card.
